Leaders face many challenges today, such as, demographic and social change, advances in technology, globalisation, and multiple stakeholders. In confronting these challenges, the effectiveness of leaders and their teams will be influenced by their emotional intelligence; their ability to think systemically and act for the greater good of the organisation; and the extent and depth of their social relationships and networks.

I aspire to the belief that leaders are relational and appreciative of the people, the system and the environment they are shaping and influencing. I view the world as a “glass-half full” and practice this in my efforts to help leaders and teams to learn, grow and change.
