2023 sees the launch of a video podcast series entitled “Perspectives on Leadership – stories from the field”. Based on 40 year’s experience in business and a significant part of this in executive education and talent development, I felt inspired to reach out to people that I have worked with or that I have come across in my career that I professionally value and admire.
Each podcast lasts between 20 and 30 minutes and includes a summary of the key takeaways from the discussion. My intention is to interview a critical mass of people that will help identify key themes and trends that may be insightful for established leaders and future leaders. The interviews contain some great stories and wonderful insights on leadership.
